Christine Balagué is the social networks chair at the Mines-Telecom Institute and vice president of CNNum (France's National Statistics Board). She is also president of commissioning services at Cap Digital.

With a degree from the Essec business school and a doctorate in management, she is the founder of Renaissance Numérique, a citizen online think tank comprised of academics and professionals. She became president there in February.
